Is that bear very tiny, or is she raising panthers?
It's a little bear.
(Those are normal-sized sequins around its neck.)
A friend of mine has a maine coon which sheds whiskers that would look about the same proportionally on a normal size bear. IIRC they were something like 6-8 inches long when shed!
A bit off topic, but as I stated in the other thread, my Quaker parrot named Scooby occasionally loses a feather or two. I save the long ones, here:

Actually it's a pirate Scooby. Bad angle.
